Our coffee is never more than a month old. We roast once a month at our current scale. For best flavor, enjoy within 4-6 weeks of the roast date on each bag. ### Do you only sell whole bean coffee? Yes. Grinding right before brewing preserves the aromatics and flavor complexity that make specialty coffee special. ### How should I brew your coffee? Our beans work great with any method: pour over, drip, French press, espresso, AeroPress. Start with a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio and adjust to taste. ### Do you offer subscriptions or wholesale?
